Research Manager

Dr Saba holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Johannesburg specializing in development economics. His research experience is supported by high quality articles published in peer-review Journals. He has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research. His research, teaching and supervision experiences have focused on information and communications technology, infrastructures, public finance, energy and climate change, institution & governance, poverty & inequality. He won the 2021 University of Johannesburg research fellows excellence awards in recognition of research excellence. He has worked on projects involving various government departments, for example, the Department of Public Enterprise.
